Terms applicable to the purchase of credits (tokens) and ScraperFlow subscriptions.

Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale (ToS) govern the sale of prepaid credits and, where applicable, subscriptions offered on ScraperFlow. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Prices and packs
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, on the Pricing page. Prepaid credit packs and, where applicable, subscriptions are offered, with volume-based decreasing rates.
Order and payment
Payment is made online, securely, through the Stripe and/or PayPal providers. No banking data is stored by ScraperFlow. The order is final once payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer acknowledges that the supply of digital content (credits) begins immediately after purchase and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
Credits: validity and no refund
Purchased credits have no expiry date and are firm and final: they are neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor transferable. Free credits (bonus) may expire (90 days).
Performance, complaints and governing law
The service is provided remotely and continuously, without any obligation of result. Any complaint may be sent to customer service; failing an amicable resolution, consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. These ToS are governed by French law.
