Terms of Use
Rules for accessing and using the ScraperFlow service.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Purpose
These Terms of Use (ToU) set out the conditions for accessing and using the ScraperFlow service, a website scraping platform (extraction of public content, site trees, resources and artefacts).
Account and access
Access to the tools requires creating an account, by password or via Google. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
Service description
ScraperFlow allows you to scrape the content of public web pages and generate extraction artefacts. The service is provided “as is”, within the limits of the credits (tokens) available on the account.
User obligations
The user undertakes to scrape only content whose extraction is lawful, to respect the terms of use of the target websites and applicable regulations (GDPR, copyright). Any unlawful, abusive or harmful use is prohibited.
Credits (tokens)
The service works by deducting credits: each page processed consumes two tokens. The terms of purchase, validity and refund of credits are set out in the Terms of Sale.
Suspension, termination and governing law
ScraperFlow may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these ToU or abusive use. These ToU are governed by French law; the applicable version is the one published on this page.
